I’m a counsellor based in Cape Town, working with thoughtful, capable women who often carry more than they realise.
My approach isn’t about quick fixes or or easy answers. It’s about understanding what’s happening beneath the surface — and helping you reconnect with your own clarity.

My work is psychologically informed and quietly practical.

Examine belief systems that may no longer serve you
Strengthen emotional awareness — not just intellectual insight
At times, I may introduce a brief mindfulness or breath awareness practice to support nervous system regulation.
Nothing performative. Nothing abstract. The goal isn’t dependency — it’s autonomy.
